We’ve got lots of exciting news coming up for InPost for the rest of the year, and we’re looking forward to working with Mercieca to spread the word.

We’re happy to announce that we have been appointed to handle the trade PR for InPost UK, the innovative send, collect and return parcel locker service.

As the company continues to expand across the UK, our new partnership will primarily focus on communicating InPost’s retail partner wins and expansion to new locations, targeting the e-commerce, logistics, and retail trade media as well as consumer business pages. And there’s more exciting news in the pipeline: InPost is currently planning to move part of its business from Milton Keynes to our neighbourhood in Camden.

So how does InPost work? Founded in Poland, the company is one of Europe’s largest private postal and logistics operators and proud supplier of the world’s most extensive automated parcel lockers network. Shoppers who have bought items with one of InPost’s retail partners, including M&S, Asos, and JD Williams, and would like to return them can do so quickly and easily via one of InPost’s fully automated, 24/7 parcel lockers.

These can be found in secure locations all over the country such as Morrisons supermarkets, ESSO petrol stations, Toys R Us and Transport for London sites. The growing network of over 1,000 lockers is accessible day and night, which means that users can return their unwanted purchases at any time they like without the need to queue up.

Ian Caminsky, CEO at InPost UK, said: “We’ve got lots of exciting news coming up for InPost for the rest of the year, and we’re looking forward to working with Mercieca to spread the word about our growing client base and additional locations for our lockers. We’ve been impressed with their experience and their track record of award winning trade campaigns in a number of different sectors, and very soon we’ll be neighbours in Camden – choosing them was a no-brainer for us.”

Neil Brenson, Associate Director at Mercieca, added: “Shoppers today are looking for ways that will make their lives easier, and their experience as hassle-free as possible, and that’s what InPost is all about.  As an agency, we’re known for our trade expertise and strong network of media contacts, so we’re excited to be supporting the company’s growth by shouting about its USPs and business successes.”
