The Challenge

Food and drink sales in the wholesale sector generate an impressive £33.6 billion annually - it’s a major market. That’s why brands like Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) invest strategically in communications to keep their portfolio top of mind at every shopper touchpoint inc. physical POS within the cash & carry depot and digital comms for delivered wholesale.

What we did

Over the past year, we’ve partnered with CCEP on a programme of convenience and wholesale-specific shopper marketing, driving visibility and engagement across multiple hero campaigns. The goal: to boost sales and distribution across both B2B and B2C audiences.

We focused on ensuring every piece of communication delivered actionable insight to help retailers make informed ranging decisions. Assets produced included large-format pallet wraps, digital screens, aisle fins and FSDUs, as well as digital and social content for wholesale groups owned channels.

IMPACT

Soft Drinks drive growth in convenience retail. It’s the key category driving the market’s overall +3.2% growth forecast.*

Soft Drinks contribute the most to generating store footfall, profit, and sales. They outperform other impulse categories (like confectionery and crisps) and continue to be the strongest value driver in the convenience channel.*
