We don’t just say that people are at the heart of our business. We show it. This month we’ve continued to evolve our existing portfolio of benefits. We’ve talked about it on a number of occasions, but the mental health of our team is as important as their physical wellbeing. As well as regular external speakers, initiatives such as #FitFeb, buddy programme and flexible working hours, we’ve now introduced an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Through our EAP, people have access to advice on: finance, mental/physical wellbeing, employment, legal issues etc. The team simply call the EAP helpline which is 24/7, free and completely confidential.
For the last five years, a bespoke voucher book has gone down a storm, including a free duvet day, free coffee for a week or even an afternoon to volunteer with your chosen charity!
