United Biscuits wanted to share their insights and vision for the biscuit category with their customers. Mercieca’s task was to bring their ideas to life at a customer event and through engaging in-store activation ideas.
What we did
Mercieca developed a customer engagement pack, video and in-store activation concepts that demonstrated how United Biscuits would work with retailers to engage shoppers in the future. Our knowledge of both trade and shopper audiences and the retail environment enabled us to create this work quickly and efficiently.
This work helped United Biscuits cement relationships with all their retail customers and has had a important role in influencing their ongoing activity together.
